Charity Projects

Renaissance Publishing has a clearly defined publishing strategy to raise money for worthy causes. A number of projects are underway already to support Orphans of Africa.  Our dream is that not only will we raise significant revenues for Orphans of Africa but we hope that by showcasing responsible corporate citizenship we will encourage other Publishing houses to create projects to generate revenues for worthy causes such as Orphans of Africa.

Helping Orphans of Africa

image Most of us by now know that Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) has ravaged the world for 25 years now. And while significant advances in understanding and treatment have been made, the children of Africa --in unbelievable numbers -continue to suffer immeasurable pain: there are estimates of 10-20 million children whose lives have been devastated. In fact, despite all the advances, HIV treatment has not reached 95% of the people who need it.
Tens of thousands of children have been orphaned and are destitute. Imagine being a youngster in Africa. You are eight years old and have already watched your father die a slow, difficult death. And now you are busy caring for your two younger siblings and your mother, for she too has become seriously ill. It is only a matter of time before you watch her die…
Renaissance Publishing wants to help the Orphans of Africa and has a plan to generate revenues for charities and NGO’s working with Orphans of Africa and other worth causes. We are currently creating 3 revenue generating projects. We need your help and contributions.

The Revenue Generating Projects are:

imageAn Anthology of world class poetry from the International Academy of Poet Laureates which will be published and distributed annually into schools. Our goal is to produce a world calls anthology which will be considered the new standard of poetry textbooks for high school and university. A Collector’s Edition marking the first anthology is also being assembled. A significant portion of profits from the anthology from the International Academy of Poet Laureates will be donated to charity.
